Swati Jain is a provider with Unio Health Partners. She earned her BA from UC Riverside, followed by her BSN and MSN-FNP from West Coast University.
She has cared for patients in telemetry, medical-surgical, critical care, oncology, and gastroenterology settings, and currently supports patients with digestive health concerns.
Swati is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and looks forward to caring for you! Outside of work, she enjoys volunteering with the Red Cross and her local animal shelter!
